Joey McPeek began his career with Colwell Electric in 1992 as a licensed electrician, specializing in commercial electrical work for more than a decade. In 2007, he transitioned into the industrial sector, managing maintenance and new construction projects across multiple chemical plants. His hands-on experience as an Instrument & Electrical Technician allowed him to collaborate closely with a wide range of trades—including mechanics, welders, painters, blasters, insulators, and safety professionals—broadening his understanding of integrated plant operations.
Joey’s leadership and technical expertise led him to a supervisory role overseeing plant maintenance, where he refined his skills in project management and team coordination. Returning to the Colwell family, Joey became a managing member of Colwell Services and now serves as Chief Operating Officer. Under his guidance, the company has continued to grow, welcoming a team of highly skilled craftsmen trained across multiple disciplines, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and results.
